Artiver is a division of Vacaza Services BV, Zoetermeer, The Netherlands.

These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods on this site. Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the buyer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Ordering

All payments must be made in full before dispatch of the goods. Ordered goods will be delivered after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery

Goods in stock will normally be delivered within 5 days after payment. Otherwise the goods will be delivered within 4 to 5 weeks. Whenever the goods are unavailable, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund.

Price

All prices are in euros. The total purchase price includes taxes and delivery charges. Artiver may adjust these prices at any time.

Cancellation and return

Cancellation of an order is only possible within the terms set by law.

When the goods are damaged on delivery, the buyer will be given the option of a replacement or a full refund; the buyer shall notify Artiver within 7 days. Goods must be returned at the buyer’s expense and must show the invoice number on the package. Where goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the costs.
